Customers accessing this site from other locations or countries do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if applicable. Furnique Decor is not liable for any issues related to the supply, delivery, or refund of products ordered from outside India. - Communication

Furnique Decor reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice, in cases where it is unable to meet the requirements of the order, or if the order violates the company’s policies. Refunds for such cancellations will be processed as per our refund policy. - Furnique Points
Customers can earn points upon registering with the Furnique Decor online store.
Points System:
- Earn 2000 points at the time of registration.
- 2000 points = Rs.1000
Terms and Conditions for Using Furnique Points:
- Furnique Points can be redeemed after 24 hours of the first successful transaction.
- On a minimum transaction value of Rs.20,000 or above, Rs.1000 can be redeemed, and Rs.500 can be redeemed for cart values between Rs.10,000 and Rs.20,000.
- Points cannot be combined with other promotional offers or coupons.
- Receiving Your Order
Please inspect the packaging upon delivery. If the packaging appears damaged, you may refuse to accept the delivery and inform our Customer Support team immediately. If the package is accepted and damage is discovered later, please notify us within 24 hours for assistance with replacement or refund. - Shipping and Delivery
Standard Shipping: Most orders are shipped via air courier and should arrive within 3-5 business days from the date of shipment.
Ground Shipping: Heavier items are shipped via ground service and may take 5-10 business days.
International Products: Items marked as ‘International’ are imported and typically delivered within 10-15 business days. - Delayed or Missing Orders
